cloud infrastructure, server management, monitoring services, and related
digital solutions.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these
General Terms and all referenced policies.
2. Legal Compliance Framework
DubaiDomain.ae operates in compliance with:
- UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL)
- Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumours & Cybercrimes
- Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2025 on Child Digital Safety
- UAE Commercial Transactions Law
- UAE Consumer Protection Law
- TDRA (.ae) Domain Name Policies
- Applicable Free Zone or Mainland licensing regulations
All users must comply with applicable UAE federal and emirate-level laws.
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Use services only for lawful purposes
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion if regulatory risk
is identified.
4. Account Registration & Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- All activity under your account
- Ensuring contact details remain updated
- Securing your domain and hosting configurations
Failure to safeguard account access does not relieve you of liability.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use our services to:
- Distribute malware, phishing, spam, or harmful code
- Host illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited content
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Promote hate speech, extremist content, or harmful material
- Circumvent UAE cybersecurity regulations
- Host content harmful to children under UAE Child Digital Safety Law
Violation may result in immediate suspension without notice.
6. Regulatory Cooperation
DubaiDomain.ae reserves the right to:
- Suspend services upon lawful government request
- Disclose necessary data under legal obligation
- Remove content that violates UAE laws
We may act without prior notice where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, infrastructure systems, website content, and proprietary tools
remain the intellectual property of DubaiDomain.ae or its licensors.
Domain registration does not grant ownership of registry-level systems.
Domains are licensed under registry rules.
8. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We are not liable for:
- Registry-level outages
- Force majeure events
- Government restrictions
- Cyberattacks beyond reasonable control
Specific uptime commitments are governed by service-level agreements (SLAs).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- We are not liable for business interruption losses
- Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months
Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by UAE law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DubaiDomain.ae from claims
arising from:
- Misuse of services
- Violation of laws
- Third-party intellectual property disputes
- Regulatory penalties caused by your hosted content
11. Amendments
We may modify these General Terms at any time.
Material updates will be posted on our website. Continued use constitutes
acceptance.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
